Medical Learning Center Admission Requirements

 

 

 

APPLICATION PROCESS:

 

The following criteria are used to evaluate each applicant for                                                                           admission to the nursing programs:

• Applicants must provide: High School Diploma/Transcript
  and/or GED  for LPN program.
• For CNA program High School/GED preferred not required.
• Complete the school application with a non-refundable fee
  of $ 50.00.
• Applicants must take and pass the pre-entrance exam with
  a non-refundable fee of $50.00 required for LPN program.
• Two references are required for each student to be mentioned 
   in the school application.
• The applicant is required to provide: proof of immunizations                                                           

      such as:HBV, MMR, PPD(skin test)or Chest X-Ray, CPR, 

      Professional Liability Insurance and Police Clearance prior to

      clinical rotation.

• All applicants will be evaluated without regards to age, race,

     gender, religion, disability or national origin.
